Q:友達などが訪ねて来た場合、室内で一緒に話をしたりできますか？

Can my friends enter the guest house ?

ご宿泊のお客様以外の方の立ち入りは、固くお断りいたします。宿の許可なく入室した場合、また退去を拒否した場合は不法侵入及び不退去罪として警察に連絡しますのでご注意ください。

Guest only. Any of other guests are not allowed.

Q:キャンセルはどうすればいいですか？

　How can I cancel my resevation?

　ご予約いただいた宿泊サイトから、お客様ご自身でキャンセル手続きをお願い致します。その際、キャンセルポリシーをよくお読みのうえ、お手続き下さいます様お願い致します。

　Reservations by online booking website, please cancel your reservation by yourself. Please check the cancellation policy of the website you used.

Q:門限はありますか？

Do you have a curfew?

門限はありません。チェックイン後の出入りは自由です。

We don't have a curfew. The entrance door is closed at night for security but all guest can go and come back with the PIN Cord which is provided during your check in.

Q:近くに食事ができるところはありますか？

Is there any restaurant around the hotel?

　駅周辺には、深夜まで営業している飲食店（居酒屋）が多数あります。また当ホテルより徒歩５分圏内にコンビニが４～５件ございます。ゲストハウス内フリードリンクコーナーには、いつでもご利用いただける電子レンジがございます。

　There are many restaurants and convenience store around Utsunomiya station. We have no kitchen but microwave are available at free drink space in the guesthouse.
